Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the services provided by TechAuPoint to its clients. By entrusting us with your equipment or using our support services (in person or remotely), you agree to the following terms:

Service Warranty

Labor : All repairs (cleaning, formatting, etc.) are covered by a 30-day warranty.

Parts: New installed parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (generally 1 year) and our 90-day installation warranty.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage (liquids, drops) or issues caused by improper use after the equipment has been returned.

Data Responsibility

Backup: The client is responsible for backing up their data before any service is performed.

Although TechAuPoint takes all necessary precautions, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss occurring during a repair, unexpected hardware failure, or system reinstallation.

Abandoned Equipment

Any equipment left at TechAuPoint for more than 60 days after notification of repair completion will be considered abandoned.

After this period, the equipment may be recycled or sold to cover repair and storage costs, without further notice.

Remote Support (TeamViewer / AnyDesk)

For remote support, the client must be present at their computer.

Billing begins at the time of the initial connection. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely due to a hardware failure, the client will need to bring their equipment to the workshop or request on-site service.
